We teach committed change agents how to spark creativity, tap group genius, and facilitate ideation sessions that get results. Our Conducting Genius training can be delivered real-time, virtually, or as a hybrid of the two.  We offer three levels of  training:  1) Basic (4-8 hours); 2) Intermediate (9-16 hours) and; 3)Advanced (17-24 hours).  All participants receive a 142-page guidebook and the experience they need to become high performing innovation catalysts in their organization.
